Shipping

The Shipping Dept works Monday thru Friday. 7pm EST and 4pm PST cut-off, and we do not ship on Major Holiday & long-weekends. Overnight Delivery is not offered over the weekend. Orders placed for overnight delivery before 4.00pm Friday, will be shipped next following business day. 90% of our orders are filled from our warehouse on the same day, shipped within the continental US. Request for Some Next-day, 2nd day etc ... shipping is an indication for method of Shipping service provided by 3rd part shipping co's..., and not a guarantee for shipment arriving the Nextday, etc .... Nextday, etc shipping is not an indication that the shipment would go out the same day, but that would ship using Next-days service when package/item avaialble to be shipped!

Cancelations:
Orders over $5000 can be cancelled within 48 hours only.All Order Cancellations will be subject to a Cancellation Charge of $10.00 plus the cost of any shipping charges, if your order was already shipped. OEM and Opened box software cannot be returned. ALL OEM software sales are FINAL - There are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds on ANY OEM Software. This cancellation charge is to cover the costs of recalling and restocking processed orders.
